About 1/2 cup of orange juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
170g coconut oil
2 tbs maple syrup (or golden syrup is a cheaper and stickier alternative)
8 oz porridge oats
4 oz coconut sugar
4 oz wholemeal flour.
Grease a square 18 cm x 18 cm tin (I line it too).
Melt the coconut oil and syrup then add all the dry ingredients.
Press half the mixture into the tin, then spread the dates, then add the other half.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes 190 C or
