Our ‘Yoga Mind Body and Soul’ experiences include posture work, meditation and reflections on yogic philosophy and what that might mean for you – ideal for both newcomers and students wanting to deepen their practice. The days conclude with a restorative sound bath.

After lunch Mike will take you deeper into the yogic tradition, looking a little deeper into yoga philosophy and exploring different yoga techniques including the use of sound. This explanation will lead into the meditation.
The day will conclude with a transformative sound bath. This hour long session is a chance to truly relax, and at the same time experience the healing vibrations of sound therapy. Reported benefits include reduced stress, better mood, lowering of blood pressure and cholesterol, pain management and improved sleep.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share experiences.
Teas and light snacks are offered but lunch is not provided. You can buy vegetarian and vegan meals made with ingredients from the Yoga & Spice garden from our honesty shop. Or bring your own (no meat or fish please).
