Kundalini with gong and Gong bath

Join us for an afternoon and experience two transformative sessions.

Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. It brings balance to mind body using a variety of yogic techniques including breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks and postures. Kundalini yoga works to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. Every Kundalini ‘Kriya’, or set of postures, effects a positive change. Come with an open heart and mind and expect to feel amazing. The 90 minute practice will usually include breath work, some dynamic movement, a short relaxation, and a powerful meditation which may involve a mantra (chant) or mudra (gesture). During the yoga practice the accompanying Gong helps relieve stress and stimulates the immune system, flooding the cells with a powerful vibration.

After the Kundalinin Kriya and Meditation there will be a 15 minute break where you can enjoy the Yoga and Spice site. Then Mike treats you to a ‘double gong’ bath. Sound therapy can promote deep relaxation and break through blockages. You will be open and ready to receive its full benefits. All you have to do is make yourself comfortable. We provide mats, blankets, bolsters and pillows.

These three hour sessions are open to all. While Kundalini yoga can be energetic we choose our Kriyas carefully and offer plenty of modifications so you leave feeling uplifted and energised.

FOR A FULL DAY EXPERIENCE YOU CAN COMBINE THIS EVENT WITH OUR AERIAL YOGA AND SOUND BATH IN THE HAMMOCK.
