New Year New You

Break through blocks, discover yourself, nurture your inner fire and create new pathways.

Friday 13th to 16th jan 2023 (3 NIGHTS with 2 night option)

There is no better time to take stock and move forward than the start of a New Year. At our ‘New Year New You’ retreat, we encourage you to tune in to your inner wisdom which will take you where you want to be without the need for resolutions and goal-setting. A combination of conscious movement, breathing and meditation with guided Yoga Nidra style relaxation help break through blocks and nurture your inner fire so you can live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.

We also work with the energy of the season at this retreat and we introduce our wellness teachings which are rooted in Ayurveda also known as ‘the art of conscious living’. We help you understand how the elements or ‘Doshas’ of space, air, fire, earth and water work in the body. And, how, when out of balance, the ‘doshas’ create ‘dis-ease’.

During the week-end we help you recognise your particular imbalances and offer simple diet and lifestyle suggestions. And we serve you tasty Ayurvedic menus too. When considering natural health solutions we also use the Chinese five element theory. Yoga styles during with week-end will include Seasonal flow, Hatha and Kundalini.
